Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to join our team at Stoke Inc, where you will have the opportunity to design and develop cutting-edge launch vehicles and spacecraft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of complex systems and developing solutions to meet customer objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Listen to customer input and develop conceptual system architecture, concept of operations (ConOps), and functional capabilities that meet customer objectives.
  • Negotiate interfaces between stakeholders and ensure interfaces are documented and kept up-to-date.
  • Manage changes to requirements, interfaces, and designs throughout the development process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals and ability to apply that knowledge in practical ways to a fast-paced development program.

Compensation:
Target Levels: Level 3 Range: $120,900 - $181,300, Level 4 Range: $147,700 - $221,600. Your actual level and base salary will be decided based on your specific experience and skill level.
