Job Description:

We're seeking experienced Movers/Drivers for our Moving Company in Sandy Hook, CT. As a Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and meeting sales benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, experience driving box trucks (16-26 ft) non CDL, and strong customer service skills. Additional responsibilities include leading your team, training new hires, and preventing careless mistakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate clients about pricing and services.
  • Operate the junk truck safely at all times.
  • Perform daily truck inspections.
  • Price jobs aggressively and make logistical decisions.
  • Lead your team by example and help train new hires.
  • Complete daily checklists.

Compensation: $15-$20/hour. We offer competitive pay for this fast-paced and rewarding environment.
