Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Schweitzer Mountain. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash handling area and surrounding environment
  • Restock supplies and merchandise as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a cash handling role or customer service position
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
