  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, notions, and other merchandise.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
