Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal part in our operations, responsible for ensuring timely and safe transportation of correspondence and materials between specified locations. This position demands strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and professionalism in representing the company.

This role is focused on delivering exceptional service while adhering to designated timelines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining positive client relationships and upholding high standards of professionalism during interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and receive materials within designated timelines, following prescribed routes and schedules.
• Loading and unloading materials at designated locations for processing, ensuring proper handling and security.
• Maintain comprehensive logs of materials delivered and received, accurately documenting all transactions.
• Communicate with management regarding daily volumes delivered and received, providing updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to drive a van with a safe driving record.
• Minimum of one year experience driving similar sized vehicles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation: Estimated salary range $45,000 - $65,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
