As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, your primary duties will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Shift: 1PM-9PM, Wednesday to Sunday
Key Responsibilities:- Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in designated areas;
- Conduct repairs and upkeep of parking equipment;
- Operate cleaning machinery such as floor sweepers and pressure washers;
- Ensure all levels of the parking structure are free from debris and litter;
- Replace light bulbs as needed;
- Perform painting tasks;
- Engage in leaf blowing and potential landscaping activities;
- Assist with winter weather operations, including snow and ice removal;
- Respond to emergency situations as required;
- Work effectively in various weather conditions;
- Exhibit a strong willingness to engage in manual labor;
- Capable of handling heavy physical tasks throughout the day;
- Maintain mobility by walking and standing for extended periods;
- Demonstrate mechanical skills and the ability to learn the use of necessary tools and equipment;
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Understand and execute tasks based on written and verbal instructions;
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and the public;
- Prioritize safety by adhering to precautionary measures during tasks;
- Deliver exceptional customer service in various interactions, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor;
