Beauty Educator

The Beauty Educator will be responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates. This role requires exceptional product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate it during in-store visits. The ideal candidate will support multiple brands and store locations, building strong relationships and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple brands and store locations
• Achieve sales goals
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
• Excellent retail selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty retail events
• Proficient in multicategory selling
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for beauty retail, training, selling, and building relationships
• Professional conduct in-store and demonstrated team player
