Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Technician (Product Safety), you will support and assist with managing food safety programs. You will perform pest control measures and create, maintain, and enforce sanitation standards throughout the factory.

  • Perform integrated pest management program in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and administer the factory sanitation program to ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Manage chemical supplies and sanitation services, including waste removal, custodians, shipping yard, and grounds.
  • Maintain and enhance foreign material policies and associated inspections, investigations, and tracking.
  • Provide support and guidance to all departments regarding food safety issues and assist supervisor with training and development of factory personnel.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, packing, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure a continuous flow of quality and efficiency throughout the plant.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience working in quality assurance, food safety, pest control, or sanitation in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.
Location and Requirements

This position is located in Denver, CO, and requires relocation to the area. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
