Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Repair and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, and other critical components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Inspect and diagnose brake systems, steering mechanisms, and other critical systems to ensure safe operation.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the highest level of technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
- 5 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair, including PMs, tire and wheel, air and air disc brakes, diagnosis, computerized diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and electronic component repair.
- Experience with refrigeration systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
