Your expertise in budgeting and cost control, as well as your knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, and infection control practices, will be invaluable in this role. * Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the clinical department
* Hire, train, and develop staff in conjunction with the leadership team
* Work directly with residents to evaluate their needs and services
* Assist in oversight of aides and nurses, delegating duties as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Current RN Nursing license in the State
* Experience in skilled nursing, geriatric nursing, or gerontology and/or dementia care
* Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
* Knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety procedures
