Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Ansible Government Solutions, LLC. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for conducting and managing anesthesia for a broad range of complex surgical procedures. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure the success of our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Conducts and manages anesthesia for complex surgical procedures
* Adapts and modifies anesthesia techniques to optimize patient care
* Responds to emergency situations and provides airway management, administration of emergency fluids and drugs, and basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques
* Blends technology, skills, and competencies to advance anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and equipment
* Applies new developments and theories to develop and demonstrate the ability to recognize and solve complex anesthesia situations
* Practices nurse anesthesia with colleagues and peers in a team concept of anesthesia care
* Recognizes clinical and technical aspects of anesthesia care and has in-depth knowledge of anesthesia methods and techniques
* Performs as a mentor, preceptor, or nurse educator providing didactic and clinical instruction for graduate-level nurse anesthesia students and/or other anesthesia care providers
* Participates in the development of anesthesia patient care audit processes involving in-depth review and analysis of anesthesia records
* Provides guidance and instruction in preparing others for positions of leadership and ethical practices which impact patient care

Qualifications:

* Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job
* Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a state, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia
* Must have a degree in nursing from a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate state accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: (a) The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), an accrediting arm of the National League for Nursing; or (b) The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), an accrediting arm of the American Association of colleges of Nursing (AACN)
* Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
