Madden's On Gull Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Madden's On Gull. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
  • Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment.
  • Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Comply with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  • Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Help load and unload supplies and products.
Requirements:
  • Good multi-tasking skills.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Ability to work alongside other people and independently.
Physical Demands:

This role requires primarily standing for prolonged periods of time. You must be able to stand, walk, talk/hear, and occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds sometimes repeatedly.
