About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our HR team in daily operations and applicant management. As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will play a key role in maintaining personnel data, assisting with recruitment and job postings, and coordinating appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in daily operations, including personnel data maintenance and applicant management.
  • Assist with recruitment and job postings, as well as coordinate appointments.
  • Contribute to personnel marketing and university marketing activities, and work on the conception of new initiatives.
  • Research and create or revise documents, tables, and presentations on various HR topics.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) with a focus of study in business administration, human resources, education, sociology, psychology, or a related field.
  • You have initial experience in human resources through practical experience or are enrolled in a degree program with a focus on human resources.
  • You possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office products, and a quick grasp of new concepts.
  • You have a strong command of German (C1) and English (B2) in both written and spoken form.
  • You are characterized by reliability, independence, and a proactive approach.
