Job Summary

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share across our 25+ locations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, franchise operations, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of franchise sales dynamics and a passion for achieving targets and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities.
  • Develop and Manage Sales Budgets: Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance across all locations, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Sales Training: Implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Franchise Support: Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute local sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the development and execution of customer retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on franchise operations preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
