About the JobThis is an on-call position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with organizing, scheduling, promoting, facilitating, and directing activities and excursions for our Community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Activity Director in planning and implementing activities and events.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down activity spaces as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer one (1) year of experience working with seniors or in a related field.
- Requires current Class C, prefer either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement.
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
