Following the successful completion of our business-led SAP S/4 Hana transformation's initial phase, T. Marzetti has transitioned to a comprehensive, cloud-based, state-of-the-art integrated ERP solution.
This ERP solution will be sustained and enhanced by a centralized team of professionals within the Information Technology (IT) department; the Center of Excellence (COE) is a vital element of this centralized team.
Each business process area will collaborate with a team of partnered IT and business members from the COE to optimize T.
Marzetti's return on the SAP investment and deliver scalable benefits through improvements to processes, data, and technical solutions.
The Business Analyst COE Commercial I will assist in defining and executing enterprise modernization initiatives related to Retail and/or Foodservice functions.
This role will facilitate the preparation of business cases and the delivery of enhancements or projects that yield a return on investment, enabling T.
Marzetti's ongoing growth, competitiveness, and sustainability.
This position will closely collaborate with other Business Process Owners and Analysts, IT Solution Owners, third-party partners, business stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts to advance our supply chain business capabilities while adhering to the foundational principles of a high SAP solution fit to standard.
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Support the ongoing prioritization and refinement of the Retail and/or Foodservice backlog of Business Capability enhancements, projects, and programs.
Establish and nurture relationships with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand the opportunities and challenges within their respective functions, as well as the broader food manufacturing industry.
Continuously seek avenues for advancement and enhancement of data, processes, personnel, and technology, particularly by staying updated with the latest developments in SAP and Microsoft.
Effectively communicate issues, decisions made, and/or project statuses with various counterparts on the project team and within the business.
Collaborate with IT Solution partners to identify and recommend easily configurable solutions that maintain fit-to-standard.
Identify process gaps and manage the resulting business issues that may impact solution delivery.
Recognize risks and escalate significant decisions that materially alter the current process and/or may lead to substantial system configuration or customization.
Ensure all processes are fit for purpose and comply with legal and statutory requirements, as well as fully adhere to company standards.
Provide input and assistance for the preparation and distribution of training documentation.
Support the Super User Communities of Practice (COP) and activities that necessitate subject matter expertise to facilitate ongoing change management within the organization.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of functional knowledge and understanding of Order to Cash, Trade Promotion Management, and/or Commercial Processes preferred.
Experience in process design and change within designated areas.
SAP S/4 HANA experience or ERP implementation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
