We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide rehabilitation and coordinate medical needs for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Monitor and administer medications as ordered by the physician, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with budget management and ensure services are delivered within allocated resources.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized plans of care, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required.
