About the Role

The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. This includes daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe cooking environment
  • Maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
  • Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week and taking out and emptying the trash compactor
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
