Job Summary:

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members during a shift to ensure excellent customer service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment. You will be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also be responsible for communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of crew members during a shift to ensure excellent customer service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment.
  • Manage inventory, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.


Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun.
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
