Compu-Vision Consulting is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing substantial work within the overall security program, demonstrating project management skills, gathering business requirements, creating supporting plans, and coordinating all aspects of your work for on-time delivery or escalating issues to management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining an updated inventory of all unit information systems.
  • Performing risk assessments of information systems on a priority basis according to existing controls in the unit information security policy.
  • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and actions on a priority basis.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation actions.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of IT security or information security experience, with a proven ability to engage with Senior Management and regulators. They must also have experience in administering IT security controls in an organization, as well as experience with security incident response in a SOC or Security Operations role.

This position requires a strong understanding of technical infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems in relation to IT Security and IT Risk. Experience with implementing and/or supporting security technologies such as logging and monitoring, endpoint security, network security, data protection, and cloud services is preferred.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
