GI Alliance is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of their healthcare team.
This role encompasses delivering patient care support in a clinical or hospital environment, collaborating closely with primary care physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduled patient services under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical assessments.
- Formulate preliminary diagnoses and order necessary laboratory tests.
- Offer health and wellness counseling to patients and their families.
- Uphold medical ethics and adhere to relevant laws.
- Maintain licensure with the Texas State Board of Nursing.
- Engage in ongoing education and training as required.
- Follow all regulations and organizational policies.
- Exhibit ethical behavior, innovative thought, and leadership qualities.
Education: Master’s degree in Nursing with active RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses in Texas.
Experience: Prior experience in gastrointestinal care is preferred.
