Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at the Enchantment Group Management Company LLC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our dining experience
• Train and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
• Degree in culinary arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
