Garden Crew Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team at Currin Outdoor Living in the Triangle area. The successful candidate will lead and work with a planting crew of 2-4 team members, complete daily task logs and hour tracking, read designs, work orders, and blueprints for each project, confirm and order materials for each assigned project, operate equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and chainsaws, drive light duty dump trucks, and check and maintain equipment and trucks.

• 2-3 years planting/drainage installation experience
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to work in-person in North Carolina
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment
• Ability to drive a light duty dump truck and have trailering experience

The estimated salary for this position is $67,500 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, vacation pay, professional development opportunities, and company cell phone.
