Warehouse Sorter

CHEP is seeking a motivated Warehouse Forklift Sorter to join our team in Westfield, MA. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods through our facility.

• Sort pallets by hand for grading as they flow from the loading dock, production line, and throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve tandem sorting goals.
• May use hand tools to remove nails or debris from pallets.

• Familiarity with working in an industrial, fast-paced environment with industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Ability to understand and communicate information effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a team environment.
• Ability to position pallets weighing up to 78lbs at least 63% of work shift.
• Ability to operate a Sit Down Forklift.
