Job Summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying primer, basecoat, and clear coat to aircraft exterior surfaces using various painting techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint coatings to aircraft exterior surfaces using cup guns, pressure pots, or Graco P-Mix machines
  • Mix coating systems, including catalysts, accelerants, and reducing solvents
  • Identify, repair, and troubleshoot paint defects
  • Maintain and clean paint booths, part holding fixtures, and paint application equipment
  • Adhere to personal protective equipment requirements and follow MSDS, technical data sheets, and hazardous waste disposal procedures
Requirements
  • One year technical school in Auto Body/Paint or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
