Job Opportunity for CNC Machinist Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Programmer to join our team in Delaware County, PA.

This is a remote job opportunity with a leading manufacturing company, and we are looking for skilled individuals who share our passion for manufacturing and maintenance excellence.

As a CNC Machinist Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop CNC programs for milling and turning machines using CAD/CAM software.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Select appropriate tools, materials, and cutting parameters for each job.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and programming.
  • Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain and update CNC programs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
  • Experience with a variety of CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additionally, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
