Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the OB/GYN office at Magee Women's Specialty Horizon. As an LPN in this role, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to office patients under the supervision of patient care providers.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing
  • One year clinical experience preferred
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting clearance
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal

Work Environment:
As an LPN in this role, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. You will be responsible for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals on a regular basis. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including the OB/GYN office, operating rooms, and hospital units.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. In addition to a competitive salary, UPMC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
