Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Newark, New York.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring and treating patients with respiratory conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to determine respiratory conditions
  • Communicate with physicians and nurses to develop treatment plans
  • Monitor and treat patients with temporary or chronic respiratory conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Certification from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
