Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling services to patients with mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
- Active State Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC
- Masters Degree in a related field
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with geriatric patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive remuneration package with potential income range starting at $45,000 and up to $136,000 per year
