We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Bon Secours. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Evaluate patient response to treatment and document progress in the electronic medical record.
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and participate in program quality management activities.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
- Graduate of a Doctor of Physical Therapy program or qualified Master's degree program.
- Current licensure and certification in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
