Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, understanding their needs and preferences
• Perform haircuts, color, and highlights using proprietary tools and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing training and education
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for sustained periods of time
