Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Specialist is tasked with preparing units to meet market-ready standards in line with Peak Living's expectations. Typical working hours will vary based on community requirements and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform make-ready maintenance tasks.Complete assigned work orders while ensuring adherence to Peak Living standards.Support building and common area upkeep.Contribute to the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED.A minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance within a property management setting.EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with general maintenance tasks (e.g., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate effectively in English.
