The Compliance & Process Improvement Coordinator is responsible for evaluating, developing, and documenting processes to minimize risks while ensuring adherence to compliance standards, operational efficiency, and the integrity of controls. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating, standardizing, and reviewing compliance documentation.
- Assessing educational requirements and formulating training plans.
- Analyzing operations to develop flowcharts and functional lists.
- Maintaining a risk/control matrix and a comprehensive risk/compliance database.
- Gathering audit requirements and identifying areas of non-compliance.
- Formulating action plans to address deficiencies.
- Assisting in the development of audit plans, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Conducting tests and audits to ensure compliance.
- Identifying processes for defect reduction and cost improvement.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Quality or Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Compliance and Risk Management role. Candidates should have experience in internal auditing, ensuring operational compliance with IATF standards, and conducting problem analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools such as Fishbone Diagrams, Five Whys, Risk Ranking, Histograms, Pareto Charts, and Scatter Diagrams is essential.
Compensation:
$89,000 annually.
