Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize and manage multiple patients, situations, and emergencies simultaneously.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC), ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC), PALS Certification (AHA or ARC), and TNCC Certification required.
- CEN preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
- ED nursing experience required.
