Job Overview

The Industrial Equipment Repair Professional will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities on various types of equipment manufactured by the company. They will provide customer support and technical assistance by phone and through on-site visits. Their duties will include diagnosing, servicing, and repairing various systems found on equipment such as blowers, water pumps, PTO, drivelines, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on equipment.
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance during field visits and by phone.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment systems.
  • Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Performs training and instruction to customers and dealers on proper operating and maintenance techniques.
  • Travels to customer job sites for training and repairs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with customers and dealers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent.
  • Experience with hydraulics, electrical, mechanical assembly of larger equipment is required.
  • Capable of using email and traveling with a good driving record.
