Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and explain Receivable statements to customers, ensuring accuracy and balance with invoices and payments.
  • Verify invoice totals and record transactions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and management in a professional setting.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and provide support to other departments and stores.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer knowledge with Excel.
  • At least one year of accounting experience.
  • Auto Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, be well-organized, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
