About the Position

This role involves working under the guidance of physicians and RNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients. You will conduct patient assessments, administer medications, participate in care planning, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Evaluation: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify health needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Care Coordination: Work collaboratively with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to enhance their skills and confidence.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or associate degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A valid LPN license in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
