Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve productivity metrics
  • Prioritize tasks and meet high-pressure turn-around times
  • Complete training and development programs, including IT and compliance training
  • Work with a preceptor to ensure successful onboarding and performance

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hospital, managed care, or utilization management experience
  • Knowledge of InterQual reviews and electronic medical record programs
  • Registered Nurse - compact certification
  • InterQual Interrater Reliability Testing
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Education Preferred: ASN or BSN
