Key Responsibilities

  • Dust, mop, and clean all floors, including wood, tile, and concrete
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets and steps
  • Change light bulbs and perform light maintenance tasks
  • Clean restrooms with a high degree of cleanliness and detail
  • Assist with special events and functions, such as snow removal and emergency cleanups

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
  • At least one year of previous custodial or janitorial experience
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to safely operate commercial cleaning equipment and read material safety data sheets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working primarily 3rd shift hours. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to dust, dirt, and extreme temperatures.
