Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team at Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in their homes, hospitals, and other healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
Requirements
  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey (or Pennsylvania if practicing in PA)
  • Minimum one year of adult, pediatric, or medical/surgical clinical experience
  • Prior home care or hospice experience preferred
