Responsibilities:- Assess and manage the physical and emotional needs of pediatric patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the physician and other healthcare team members
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota
- Experience working in a pediatric ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
