Job SummaryAs Director of Development & Growth, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive fundraising campaigns to support the Home's mission. Your expertise in cultivating relationships with donors, creating compelling solicitations, and analyzing results will drive growth and ensure the Home's long-term financial stability.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies, including major gifts, planned giving, grants, and events.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and partners.
- Analyze fundraising metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a liaison between the Home's leadership and the development team.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising, preferably in non-profit sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
