Essential Qualifications:
  • Exhibits a well-organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrates a mature demeanor and a strong desire to learn.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with location technologies and/or Python is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience level: 0-2 years.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $172,500.00

The compensation for this role is anticipated to fall between $120,000.00 and $172,500.00 annually; however, the actual base salary offered may differ based on various individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The overall compensation package includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick leave, and parental leave. Further details regarding participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon receiving an employment offer.

Upon hiring, the employee will be in an "at-will position," and the company reserves the right to adjust base salary (along with any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or departmental performance, and market conditions.

Juniper's salary range information is provided in compliance with local state pay transparency regulations. The company may post varying minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions in accordance with US Department of Labor requirements.
