Job Title: Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Summary:

Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team. As a critical care travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Float to all like units as needed to ensure adequate staffing and coverage

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of critical care acute care experience, with a focus on ICU settings
  • Level 1 trauma hospital experience required
  • CRRT and EVD experience required
  • Ability to work weekends, including Fridays and Mondays
  • 4 days of RTO (Relief Time Off) maximum
