Job Opportunity

ActionLink is seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to represent the Dyson brand at Nordstrom and Sephora locations in Coral Gables, FL and Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and store associates to share enthusiasm about the Dyson brand
  • Conduct interactive styling demos and product presentations to individuals and groups
  • Provide expert product knowledge and beauty consultations to increase sales
  • Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence
  • Maintain visual product display standards at shopfront
  • Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors
  • Participate in paid training sessions and team conference calls

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license preferred, but not required
  • High energy and strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment
  • Experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales preferred
  • Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to assigned stores
  • Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor
  • Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

What We Offer

  • $21.00-$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
  • Cosmetologists with current license may have higher pay rate
