This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed optometrist to launch their services in Sam's Clubs. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to manage your own practice and make decisions regarding your patients and operations.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality eye and vision care to patients
- Manage patient schedules and operations
- Establish your own fee schedule
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
As a lease holder, you will have the opportunity to keep 100% of exam/professional fees. You will also have access to administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services if state allows.
