Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Accountant position at Marex Spectron encompasses the preparation of journal entries, financial statements, and thorough account analyses. Key responsibilities include reviewing general ledger information, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and month-end journal entries
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable data entry
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and financial tasks
- Ensure compliance with regulations set forth by SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other governing bodies
- Follow the operational risk framework and uphold company values
- Report any policy violations and escalate risk-related incidents
Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience:

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
