Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

HealthEcareers - Client is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 48 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
