Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Supervisor to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet all guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Retrieve keys from guests, issue tickets, and park vehicles in a safe and secure manner.
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage, record information accurately, and retrieve vehicles for waiting guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing services when necessary.
  • Report incidents or claims to management promptly.
  • Collect fees for service and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous valet experience preferred
