We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Program Manager to develop a comprehensive program that encompasses academic support, enrichment activities, and physical engagement for students.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $66,000, depending on experience
- Full-time position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week (typically from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
- 16 paid holidays as per BACR policy
- A stepping stone towards a career in education or leadership roles

- Medical insurance eligibility based on total weekly hours worked
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a K-12 educational environment or a similar youth-focused program
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience with a proven track record of effective team leadership
- Availability required Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the safety and supervision of the program at the designated school site
- Ensure compliance with agency and district requirements, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, and regulatory adherence
- Design, plan, and implement engaging enrichment and physical activities for participants
- Foster a safe and positive emotional environment within the classroom, on campus, and among team members
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members
